AirportLimo.best provides luxury transportation services including but not limited to:

• Airport transfer services
• Cruise port transportation
• Corporate and business travel
• Special event transportation
• Hourly charter services
• Group transportation

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Making Reservations

• Reservations can be made through our website, phone, or email
• All reservations are subject to vehicle availability
• Confirmation is required for all bookings
• Special requests are subject to availability and additional charges

3.2 Booking Information

You must provide accurate and complete information including:

• Pickup and drop-off locations
• Date and time of service
• Contact information
• Flight information (for airport transfers)
• Number of passengers
• Special requirements or requests

3.3 Confirmation

All reservations must be confirmed by AirportLimo.best. We reserve the right to decline any reservation request. Confirmation will be provided via email or phone.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Rates

• All rates are based on current pricing at the time of booking
• Rates may vary based on distance, time, vehicle type, and demand
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, stops, tolls, and parking
• Holiday and peak time surcharges may apply

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, credit cards, and pre-approved corporate accounts
• Credit card processing fees may apply
• Gratuity is not included in the base fare

4.3 Additional Charges

• Waiting Time: $1 per minute after 15-minute grace period
• Additional Stops: $25 per stop (up to 15 minutes each)
• Tolls and Parking: Actual costs incurred
• Cleaning Fee: $150 for excessive cleaning required
• Damage Fee: Actual cost of repairs for any vehicle damage

5. Cancellation and Modification Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 24 hours: No charge
• 6-24 hours: 25% of total fare
• 2-6 hours: 50% of total fare
• Less than 2 hours: 100% of total fare

5.2 Modifications

• Reservation changes are subject to availability
• Changes within 2 hours of service may incur additional charges
• Vehicle upgrades are subject to availability and price difference

5.3 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel services due to:

• Weather conditions or safety concerns
• Vehicle mechanical issues
• Driver illness or unavailability
• Customer behavior or safety concerns

6. Service Policies

6.1 Pickup Policies

• Vehicles will arrive within the scheduled pickup window
• 15-minute grace period for pickups
• Customers must be ready at scheduled pickup time
• Airport pickups include flight monitoring and adjustments

6.2 Passenger Capacity

• Vehicles must not exceed stated passenger capacity
• Children count as passengers
• Car seats and booster seats available upon request
• All passengers must use seatbelts

6.3 Luggage Policy

• Standard luggage allowance based on vehicle capacity
• Oversized luggage may require vehicle upgrades
• Valuable items should not be left unattended in vehicles
• Company not responsible for lost or forgotten items

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 Conduct

Customers must:

• Behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Refrain from smoking, illegal drug use, or excessive alcohol consumption
• Not damage or soil the vehicle
• Follow driver instructions for safety

7.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited:

• Illegal substances or contraband
• Weapons (except licensed law enforcement)
• Open alcoholic beverages
• Hazardous or flammable materials
• Items that may damage the vehicle

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Insurance Coverage

All vehicles are insured with comprehensive commercial insurance coverage as required by law. Insurance details are available upon request.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Personal items left in vehicles
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Flight delays or missed connections

8.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic accidents, natural disasters, or government actions.
